Regardless of whether you send us an e-mail, visit us on-line on the Web or we present a workshop on your premises, you will get help and competent advice on all aspects of project implementation and special areas of ePublishing.

Overview of Services

PREMIUM Services are for customers who have concluded a SYSTEC Premium Service Contract. A range of additional benefits are included for Premium customers.

Basic Minute Support is available on a 24-hour basis. Using a form, you order topic-specific support and receive prompt support.

Interactive Coaching means intensive support across the Web or by phone; in this context, you can discuss improvement options with your personal trainer who will suggest solution options.

Training courses on-site or in SYSTEC's training centre that are held by experienced certified trainers. In addition to the standard range of training courses, it is also possible to hold customer-specific individual and group workshops.
