There are different ways to create and distribute online forms. If you already use Word oder FrameMaker, you have to work differently compared to when you start out with XML- or PDF-Forms in the first place.

Since november 2005, ADOBE Reader plus a Plugin for digital signature has been certified from the Federal Bureau of Security and Information Technology (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik; BSI)

Qualified, digital signatures are necessary for Invoices that are prepared electronically. The signature then certifies the document, e.g. an invoice or a form, unambiguously and legally correct. SYSTEC developes this template once according to your requirements. In this template those PostScript-frames are encoded that are necessary for automated form-field generation..

Formapi - The interface to Adobe Acrobat
A special PlugIn, that has been developed by SYSTEC is in charge of automatically importing the form-fields into the right places in the document. This feature requires FrameMaker 5.5.6 or higher.

Result
The PDF that has been generated this way matches the original 1:1 and contains form-fields at the right places that can be completed online using your monitor. Changes to the form propagate to the original file - the form fields are automatically updated with the changed values.
