“Contenta“ – a CMS developed by XyEnterprise, is an object-oriented system for managing and publishing of
structured and non-structured documents. It is based on a client server architecture which consistently
works and is controlled via COM or CORBA. The user is then able to work in a Windows- as well as in a
web-based client. Thus it is possible that many users have access to the same data base at the same time.

The DITA-integration comes out-of-the-box. Structured contents in the XML format DITA can be created,
administrated and published with the same functionality as unstructured information. A connection of the
editors Arbortext EPIC and FrameMaker integration are part of the package.
